After over 4 years the Savernake Embroidery was unveiled yesterday (20 January 2020) by HRH Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall. A group of 16 branch members were invited to attend the unveiling at the Prospect Hospice in Wroughton. Margaret Heath the designer of the embroidery was first to be presented to the Duchess and Margaret then introduced the other members and explained their involvement. After the introductions, Yvonne Miles read the poem 'All These I Learnt' by Robert Byron which was the inspiration for the embroidery. After the reading HRH Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall unveiled the Savernake Embroidery. Here are a variety of photos of the afternoon. Report and photos by Ros
